The focus is on understanding commercial viability, identifying structural risks, and assessing where and why potential supply chains succeed or fail before scale.
Origin Sourcing is an independent initiative based in the Netherlands and operating in Africa. It draws on experience working in politically and operationally complex environments where governance, incentives, and supply chains intersect.
